Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why my daytime running lights/DRL are not working or flickering?

A: If your headlights and daytime running lights use the same bulbs, the daytime running lights may not working or flickering, you may need to turn off the drl function, please reconsider before placing an order.

Q: Why the LED bulbs work but the warning message pops up on my dashboard?

A: This may be resolved by adding an extra resistor (CANbus), please try the resistor and make sure it's away from the plastic area, fix the resistor on metal piece if possible.

Q: How to get the best light output?

A: When the LED CHIPS are facing left and right(3-9 o'clock) direction and the lamp body stays vertical at 12-6 o'clock direction, you will get the best light output. Please check out the installation video on the product detail page.

For most of housings, when you turn the bulb and it can be locked tight, you will get the correct direction, nothing special need to be done. If you turn the light and it can not be pointed at correct direction, only the angle is a little bit titled then the light is usable, if it's totally facing the opposite direction, you will find out the light is not normal soon then we suggest to choose adjustable bulb

How to choose the correct size bulb?

  • Use Amazon filter system. Note the top of the page “suncentauto confirmedfit”,click ”make sure that this fits” Enter your vehicle details: Type,Year, Make, Model, then click "Confirm".
  • Read the vehicle's owner's manual to confirm the original lamp size.
  • Remove the original stock light,check stock bulb model.
  • Search “automotive bulb look-up”"automotive bulb finder""Philips Automotive Bulb Look-up" etc online,and fill in your vehicle model to find out the right size.
  • Leave comments on the product details page, ask questions to customers and get answers from other buyers.
