Wanted to share a quick video of the pipes before I get them on. This is the T-409 stainless version, and as you can see, it looks great. Much better than the old aluminized pipes I had. This is hands down one of the best upgrades I've done for my '06 6.0L Powerstroke. With the exhaust restriction gone, the turbo spools up way faster, and the throttle response is significantly sharper. The best part is seeing a noticeable drop in my EGTs, which gives me peace of mind for engine longevity. I even noticed a slight bump in fuel economy on highway trips, maybe 3-4 MPG better.

My 2009 6.4 F250 Lariat runs a lot better thanks to this egr kit, and no more check engine light now.

I'm genuinely impressed with the Suncent Exhaust Header for my E46. The packaging was exceptional—everything arrived securely sealed with zero shipping damage. Fitment was nearly spot-on, though I encountered a couple of minor hurdles. I needed to slightly adjust the engine mount bracket for a perfect fit, which was a quick and easy tweak. Additionally, the O2 bung placement required a minor firewall modification, but this is a common step with most aftermarket headers for the E46 and was straightforward to resolve. One suggestion: I recommend using OEM header gaskets over the ones included in the kit. The OEM gaskets provide a superior seal, better fit, and improved heat protection for the upper plastic valve cover. Overall, I'm thrilled with the headers. They’re a fantastic upgrade for the E46, and despite the small adjustments, the installation was smooth and hassle-free. Great job, Suncent!
