Estimated Installation Time & Step-by-Step Overview

Estimated Install Time: 1.5 – 2.5 Hours (Basic hand tools required; vehicle lift or tall jack stands recommended).

1. Disconnect OEM exhaust temperature and pressure sensors from the factory DPF assembly.
2. Unbolt the factory exhaust flanges and drop the stock DPF/CAT pipe from under the truck.
3. Bolt the new flanged front section of your 3.0 powerstroke straight pipe to the OEM mounting position.
4. Slide the main extension pipe into the factory rubber isolator hanger and join the intermediate pipes using the provided saddle clamps.
5. Align the entire assembly for frame and driveshaft clearance, torque all clamps down, and flash your off-road tune via the OBD2 port before starting the engine.
