1. Requirements for Normal Operation
Proper operation requires both the device and the tuning file.
These must be purchased separately, as the device does not include tuning file.
A SOTF switch is also required and must be purchased separately from another source (approximately $50).
2. Cloud Delivery of Tuning File
After you submit your vehicle information using our Submit Vehicle Info tool and your order is processed, your tuning file will be delivered via the cloud.
Once the device is connected, you will receive a notification prompting you to download the file.
3. Installation Notice
The vehicle must be tuned before deleting any emissions system components.
4. After-Sales Notice
All tunes are custom and are non-refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by tuning.

It is highly suggested to monitor EGT's on Levels 4&5.
Limited Support Package: This package provides access to all tunes for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the tunes installed in the vehicle remain. This can be upgraded to the Full Support Package at anytime as long as the vehicle is still supported.
Full Support Package: This package provides access to all tunes for as long as we support this vehicle.
Most 2017 year models and early 2018s are not successfully unlocking but will flash once unlocked with HPT or Power Programmer.
EZ will allow you to send in the ECM to them for the ECM to bench unlocked where it will accept the EZlynk files for free.
But if you want to unlock any 17 or 18 trucks on-site you will need to use a power programmer or HPT unlock box. This will cost credits to unlock and we will not be covering that cost.
For the moment, this product will be single power files only.
Shift on the fly will be coming shortly.
Cab and Chassis are supported
This product is not for Kodiak/International L5D trucks.
Can-Bus plugs are still required.
We will be sharing a dash message reset file that has instructions for it's use if you have a dash message after tuning.
Modifications such as: FASS, CP3, different turbo options will need to be built per truck, so email us if your truck fits one of these situations
